Rail is light weight, yet solidly made. However mounting was a task. When the top rail lined up properly, the securing ring did secured the rail, but left the outer barrel loose. When the outer barrel is tight, the top rail actually lines up down the left handside. Its only a cosmetic thing, but still annoying.
