Great connectors at a great price.
Throw the heatshrink away, though. It's really stiff and won't bend easily in your motor grip. You can get some good heatshrink on eBay if you search for "NTE HS-ASST-9 HS-4" for a kit of assorted colours and sizes.

These are copper plated with a gold and have pretty low contact resistance. Instead of soldering to the tabs of the motor, these are the next best thing.
